Which language should Kea reply in?

This doesn't limit what Kea understands - it can already read a message in almost any language. One choice only: pick Auto to match whatever the visitor writes in (the right choice for most businesses), or lock it to a single language if you never want it to answer in anything else. It also sets the microphone's recognition language, which does need to be one specific language - voice input depends on the visitor's browser and device.
